Frequently Asked Questions
Materials, care and safe use—everything to know before beginning your ritual.
How do I use the incense holder? +
Place it on a stable, heat-resistant surface. Light the incense tip, extinguish the flame, and insert the glowing stick securely into the center opening.
How long does each incense stick burn? +
Our coreless incense is designed for an approximate 25-minute ritual. Actual burn time can vary with airflow and the individual stick.
Is incense included with the holder? +
Yes. Every ceramic incense holder includes 20 coreless incense sticks: five each of White Tea & Cedar, Sandalwood & Amber, Fig & Hinoki, and Osmanthus & Musk. The sampler is fixed and does not require a scent selection.
Will every ceramic flower look identical? +
No. Each flower is hand-finished, so subtle variations in petal shape, texture and tone are part of its character.
How should I clean it? +
Allow all ash to cool completely, then remove it with a soft dry brush. Wipe gently with a slightly damp cloth and dry immediately.
Can I use it around children or pets? +
Keep burning incense and the holder out of reach of children and pets. Use only in a well-ventilated area and never leave burning incense unattended.
Safety: Burn within sight. Keep away from children, pets and flammable objects. Use only on a stable, heat-resistant surface in a well-ventilated area.
